DescriptionSo never imagined getting art by this Modern Master, but when this came up it seemed like a great opportunity. Kim Jung-Gi was a Korean artist, famous around the world for being able to draw unbelievable scenes straight out of his head. You can find many videos of him drawing on youtube. Here is a link to some:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLBom4x4DA9tSpGo1AqZJq9AWl5GNuAk-o There are also several thick volumes of sketches collected as sketchbooks you can find online. Sadly, he died unexpectedly at the age of 47 (2 years ago) leaving behind a wife and 2 children. As always, appreciate you for checking out my gallery. Social/Sharing |

The cowboy with captives is a fun vignette! That alone would have drawn my interest. But the transforming tiger woman, and other studies are incredible too!

Wow this is so cool! "Stream of consciousness" describes this very well --- I especially dig the tiger coming out of the pair of jeans. And what a cheeky old dude there with his hand up that woman's dress. So much to look at! I watched a bit of his drawing videos too, which was fun.

So good, like something out of a dream stream of conciousness spilled out onto the canvas. Kim Jung Gi was a next level artist gone way too soon. I had the pleasure of watching him draw live at NYCC several years back, it was epic to see. Amazing piece and a bit jealous! congrats man!

Very nice series of ink drawings. They remind me of the drawigsof a guy I once knew who used to post daily ink drawings on Instagram, before he suddenly stopped. Jung Gi's version of Tigra is badass. Marvel should've hired him to do a Tigra mini-series with this version of the character.

With Jung Gi, you need sex, violence, animals and maybe tech. You got all of this in one go, so that must be quite satisfying.
