Description

This Famous Funnies cover featuring Buck Rogers and three companions overlooking a launch site was illustrated by Mike Roy, replacing Frank Frazetta's original artwork, which was deemed too violent under the newly introduced Comics Code Authority. Frazetta's cover was later used for Weird Science-Fantasy #29. This issue marked the end of Buck Rogers' run on the series covers, closing a significant chapter in the history of Famous Funnies.
