DescriptionFremont Main Library December 2015I set up this display to feature filmmaker Sanjay Patel and Studio Ghibli. At the time, I wanted to encourage library visitors to borrow the material in our collection and promote circulation. I featured two creators because I wasn’t sure whether I would have many more opportunities. Sanjay was at Pixar at the time and made the short Sanjay’s Super Team. Our library offers Sanjay’s children’s books. He’s producing Ghee Happy animation available on YouTube now. Studio Ghibli is my favorite Japanese studio and they are world class filmmakers. Hayao Miyazaki and the late Isao Takahata are the primary directors. Social/Sharing |
