Stats at top for title "The Amazing Spider-Man" and by "Stan Lee And John Romita". Panel one and two contain New York's finest looking for Spider-Man. Third panel contains shot of Spider-Man hanging on the wall with police officer at end of alley. A few small spots of white-out. Lt. aging/handling wear. Ink smears on backside. Exc.
