DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!11.5x16.5" comic art board trio features original art pencil and inks by Jack Sparling (1916-1997) for Thrilling Adventure Stories #1, published by Seaboard, February 1975. Sparling worked for Marvel, DC, Gold Key and Dell. Storyline "Kromag The Killer" by Gabriel Levy and Jack Sparling. Prehistoric fighting featuring Kromag fighting a Saber-tooth Tiger. Ka-Zar styled action hero. Page has detached vellum overlay w/text paste-ups. Paste-up has tan aging and loose edges. Also rubylith attachment to indicate blood splatter. Moderate aging/wear. Some minor tan staining. Overall VF. Social/Sharing |
