DescriptionRon Wagner and Carlos Garzón Hex #8 Story Page 20 Original Art (DC, 1986). Jonah Hex silences flattery with a punch, collects his reward, begrudgingly signs an autograph, and continues his journey in a Mad Max-inspired dystopian future. Ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Light toning, blue pencil editorial marks, paste-up text corrections in Panels 1 and 6, light handling wear, and irregularly trimmed top edge and corners. Pretty fun page as Jonah Hex collectors who can't find more of the old west stories will still find western type tales here, but in the futuristic setting.
