��Steve Rude: �My 1st experiment in coating Illustration board with Golden�s �Pastel Ground� textured acrylic primer to hold colored pencil better!� The note: �1/2 water / 1/2 ground. One coat does Fine� The piece is dated April 4, 2020. I found this study in Steve�s online store and feel lucky to be the owner.

very nice! big fan of Rude and his studies, especially when he tackles Marilyn Monroe (I own one of his Marilyn studies as well). nice piece!
