The shaman priestess Kam enters the realm of the dead to save her son's soul from a monster that dwells in that land. She is helped by the raven Kutkh, whom she encounters here for the first time. Beautiful work by Truman - love the ink-wash parts and the beautifully executed details here!

Truman is in his element when doing these rustic outdoor scenes and especially when there's a spiritual component to the storytelling.
