I loved this image of Cyc when I first saw it shown on John's FB. Then it turned out it was part of the OAX 2025 Art Auction so I had to make a run at it. It's a quite daring piece given all the crosshatching, almost covering all the skin tones as well. Bravo, John!

this Cyclops is sick! love the hatching work and the overall approach to this piece that makes a "bust" much more interesting. this is one you HAD to win at the OAX auction, nicely done and a fun time that night at the event!

I'd love Cyclops more if Bill would wear his visor, his hat, and his mask more instead of being passive/aggressive about holding back all his repressed feelings. The new meme count is so paltry, now that he's a big time rep and comic art magnate.
