DescriptionOil painting by Ken Kelly published for the Fleer Ultra card #18 1996 set. Big fan of Alpha flight and Wolverine's origin story with James and Heather as part of Dept H before joining the Xmen. Uncanny xmen 120-121 were some of my favorite issuesSocial/Sharing |

Ken Kelly makes this an instant fantasy classic as his paintings are in a different realm!

Those were great issues indeed, but come on, man, no love for X-Men #109? I love the Hulk #181 version of Wolverine Kelly chose to go with!

Haha 109 was classic that they even had to do an Alpha Flight Byrne cover for it. Vindicator throwing down with Wolvie, Colossus, and Banshee if I recall right...the golden age of Xmen!

oh boy card art, this could be a deep rabbit hole. Haven't stepped into this yet but I'll live vicariously through you. Great art and nostalgic pickup!
