DescriptionFinally!I've wanted this page so bad for a long time. A Jim Lee/Scott Williams page featuring my favourite X-Men character Colossus - check! The Scottish reference to Muir Isle in the next issue - check! It has everything I could ever want. This page came up for auction back in 2014. I bid to my limit at the time and was second highest bidder. I was gutted. It came back up for auction in 2018. Again I bid to my limit and for a second time I was the second highest bidder. I was gutted. Third time was indeed the charm and I finally got it. I am a very happy chappy :) Social/Sharing |

One of the best Colossus featured pages of the Jim Lee run! It's the page layout designs that set up these impactful images which influenced the look of the 90's .

I'm not a big Colossus fan, but this page always stood out to me and really shows off the Lee/Williams duo as they're hitting their stride on X-Men. As someone who also had a protracted journey picking up a Lee/Williams X-Men page, I can relate to feeling gutted (though in a different way) each time you missed out on it. Congrats on finally coming out on top and picking this up!

Great Colossus but Lee's rendition of the Shdow King is also great.
