Description

I am honored to have collected most of this book with the exception of only three pages: 31, 32, and 35. This is such an amazingly well drawn and told story of Man-Bat's origin. Interestingly, this also gives several great character moments with Batman trying and failing as he perfects his war on crime. This is one of the best Batman stories in my opinion and I am honored that several collectors helped me put most of this book together. Special mention to Steve Kro for working with me on this project.

If anyone has any information on the missing three pages, PLEASE let me know!!

In the wake of the Batman's renewed popularity from Knightfall and the movie series, there was a glut of Batman stories in the mid 90's. This cover stood out from the crowd and introduced Alcatena to the mainstream! Hard to resist seeing this cover as it was even more hyperdetailed than what Image was putting out.
