DescriptionA Touch of Grail! This page is a lovely example of artistic storytelling packed with Major Characters as well as a Key new player with all the wit and humor that the Genius of Giffen/Gordon in collaboration with the Bierbaums could grace us with. I Love this period of the LoSH where Keith’s style really coalesced into a beautiful modern minimalism that keenly portrayed action, expressions and emotions masterfully accentuated by Al’s sharp embellishing. Featured are Reep Daggle (Chameleon Boy), Rokk Krinn (Cosmic Boy), Jo Nah (Ultra Boy) and Kona. From DC SYNOPSIS On Tharn, the seat of Mordru's power, the newly re-formed Legion arrives to rescue one of their own. But are they prepared to face Mordru's power, or will the Legion's rebirth be a prelude to its demise? Social/Sharing |

It's everything he took from his years of studying old comics put into something new. You can trace back the layouts, the characterwork, the pacing, background atmosphere, and so much more to something in the past, but streamlined to modern tastes.

Yes! Keith was an Alchemist. His work with Al and Tomand Mary took the LoSH to New Heights artistically and story wise.

I did not like this when it came out. I miss and love his style around the Great Darkness but the older I get the more I marvel at this new chapter for Giffen & the Legion. It was a brave and bold direction & style
