Description

I bought this book thinking it was a clever blank variant, as the front and back were blank save for the little Wolverine in the corner. I thought, "Cool, you have to draw what Logan fears." However, when I got home and pulled the comic out of the bag, I discovered it was not a "blank" variant that I could paint on; it was just standard flimsy comic paper. So I experimented with the book to see how far I could push the art without damaging the book. I waterproofed the book and used transparent mediums to thicken the paper enough to allow me to paint Magneto in acrylics without damaging the paper, and sent it in to get graded to see how badly I wrecked the book. With a 9.8 CGC, I can safely say I found a way to paint on any comic without wrecking it.
