Description

So.....many years ago, when I was really active on the convention scene, I did several pieces for the late David Prowse (best know as the physical actor for Darth Vader). Some art was done for his "Men behind the Masks" adventures (I believe that was the name, this was in the mid maybe late 90's). How I met him was the Green Lantern art on the right. He loved the pose and the highlights and we ended up doing some trading and he purchased a few more pieces. Back in those days my main tools of the trade were black sharpies and prismacolor pencils. Nowadays, I pretty much throw the kitchen sink at the art (microns, copic markers, primsacolor pencils, acrylic paint...etc...) until I get the desired results. I came across the old scan and decide to recreate it using the tools I use today. It's not the normal babe piece I post, but I've been told you have to draw men as well... Mixed media on 11 x 14 Strathmore toned paper. Enjoy. Currently on eBay.
