What a character for a Japanese artist to pick! The Golden Age Cap has a leaner figure, but was still the pinnacle of athleticism!

Really cool one! It still feels like Cap and American in design, but there are subtle facial features and posing in the figure that feels like it has Anime/Japanese influence. Great result!
