Here's a cover that I've had for a few years that somehow I never realized I hadn't scanned and posted on CAF... I will admit I don't know much about Brian Kong as an artist, but I liked the composition of this cover, with Cap, Bucky, Red Skull in the background and the shattered glass... Very typical 90s cover!

The Red Skull and shattered glass are the best part of this cover! As for Brian Kong, I think he was King's nephew or something like that.

This cover tells us all we need to know about this annual! Bucky in the center means we're going back to WWII for an unseen story from behind enemy lines and shattering all expectations!

Another great Cap cover, congrats! Brian Kong sets up at a lot of the east coast (NJ/NYC area) shows I've been at and I've chatted with him a couple times. Nice guy! After doing comic book work for Marvel in the 90s he went on to work in advertising art for Universal Studios and then later worked for other publishers and got into Trading Card Art for MLB/NBA/NFL as well
