Ever since Upper Deck introduced the hologram in 1989, full cards with them were seen as high tech! It's a great 3D effect with layers separating the 2D artwork. The more elaborate the art, the cooler effect it was to look at. This is a cool Punisher by Weeks and it'll unlock memories for a lot of people who were around in the 90's.
