8.5x12" 90 lb. watercolor paper, watercolor dyes, paint and color pencils. Howard Chaykin's line art transferred on to heavy smooth hot press paper that Milestone Color Editor and artist, Noelle Giddings, hand-painted as the original camera ready art for print of the comic book cover. Icon #31 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint November 1995. Homage cover to Detective #27 w/Icon and Rocket. Buildings were changed from red to black on final cover. Title and artist names written on back of artboard. Light edge wear, but in Exc. condition.
