Description

For personal reasons, I decided to get 4 commissions that would make me smile and recall some of my all-time favorite comic book stories -- first up is Midnight Mass by Paul Lee. This story featured a husband and wife team of monster hunters, Adam and Julia Kadmon, who live in Midnight Massachusetts. The Kadmons' job is to protect humanity from monsters, vampires and the like. With both magic and fighting skills, the Kadmons go up against all sort of creatures, many of whom just want a little patch of peace.

I loved this mini-series and especially Midnight Mass: Here Be Monsters from 2004 with art by the great Paul Lee. I asked his agent Mark Hay if Paul might be willing to do a commission and I was THRILLED when he said yes. I adored this mini-series and this makes me smile which is something I need to do these days!
