Description

his original sketch by Disney Legend Bill Justice features a compelling scene from Walt Disney's 1946 live-action/animation hybrid film, Song of the South. The artwork beautifully captures Br'er Bear, Br'er Fox, and the Tar Baby in graphite on 9" x 12" paper. Adding a unique touch, Justice includes his iconic creations, Chip 'n Dale, who mischievously peek around a hill, observing the unfolding drama. Bill Justice, who joined Walt Disney Animation Studios in 1937, is renowned for his contributions to celebrated features like Fantasia, The Three Caballeros, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan. In 1965, he transitioned to Walt Disney Imagineering, where he applied his talents to programming figures for classic attractions such as Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion. Justice was named an official Disney Legend in 1996, a testament to his enduring impact on Disney's storytelling legacy.
