DescriptionSpider-Man Unlimited (v3) issue 6 page 4Art by Jim Cheung & John Dell Marvel Comics - November 2004 It was great to see Jim return to Marvel in 2004 after several years of work at Crossgen. I love that Jim drew these pages on Crossgen boards, after he wrapped working there the year before in 2003. It was a treat to see him take on Spider-Man after having worked on several X-books in the late 90's. This page comes from an 11 page story drawn by Cheung and inked by Dell and features a battle damaged Spidey in every panel hobbling away after getting a beating from the Rhino. Social/Sharing |

Thanks hermano! There were two other pages from the story recently on ebay that I didn't get, but I had to go for one from the story. :)

Very cool Cheung page, the various different looks we get of battle damaged Spidey from panel to panel are great and I love John Dell's inks. The background details/elements inside and on the city street are also very well done.

This must have been the standout story from the anthology! They usually get rush jobs and filler as a cash grab, but Cheung and Dell made this to look like an event.

fantastic page - Jims style evolved a bit from his firt time at Marvel by the time he came back for this, and it looks even better

We get a battle damaged Spidey and John Dell's inks shine throughout. The attention to detail is evident in every panel. The fact alone that this is a Jim Cheung Spidey page is enough for me, but overall this is a very nice interior.
