DescriptionEd Benes’ work ebbs and flows in my memory. This comic came out in November of 1996 and I can’t say that I ever saw it on the shelf back then. However, it scratches (did ya see what I did there) the 90’s hyper detailed style niche that a good deal of my collection is centered around. Also, it didn’t break the bank to add to it. Nice work by Benes and totally fits the style of the era from Lightning Comics in the 90s which offered something a little different

Ed Benes is one of those artists whose work always catches your eye. This cover is no exception. He certainly knows how to draw sexy women and has a great sense of design and layout. I don't know this book either, but it certainly has that '90s vibe. Beautiful pose on a very deadly looking woman. I think they invented the phrase "Femme Fatale" for women like this. Fantastic inks as well. Great pick-up, congrats!
