DescriptionOur great and mighty high poobah Bill Cox surprised and delighted the crap out of me when he sent me this incredible Lockjaw by Jeff Slemons..All joking aside - Bill is a very good friend and sooo thoughtful with this. He knows I had and have bulldogs.. love the breed and Lockjaw is THE Marvel Bulldog .. so this piece is perfect for my collection! I will admit I was not familiar with Jeff’s work until now but he did a wonderful job on this. Thank you so much Bill! Lockjaw will be a treasured part of my collection for the rest of time! Love this! I actually find it a little hard to believe that no one on CAF has a Lockjaw themed gallery. Ha!

This belongs on your wall of fame for sure! If not your wall, at least on the wall of the dog house. This would have been great for the throwdown thursday challenge of animalistic characters!

The square image reminds of an album cover, and might just be published down the road as Lockjaw's first solo. Lovely inks on display, and I especially like the technique used on the cosmos in the background. Makes for a wonderful and fitting gift from Ruby Quartz Cox!

Some mighty fine intricate line work paired with some other inking techniques like in the background space rendering...sublime stuff from Slemons. Congrats, Jason, and nice job, Bill!
