DescriptionThe final page from the story "Malaguena Beyond a Zone Forbidden", published in the March, 1975 issue. With Ploog's Terror on the Planet of the Apes, Sutton's Future History Chronicles, and Alcala's film adaptations (all written by Doug Moench), I loved this title. I've wanted a page from Terror and hoped to get one from the two stories reproduced directly from Ploog's finished pencils. This page from Mike Mignola's collection checks all the boxes for me.Social/Sharing |

Great polished Ploog pencil art! Every panel has the old school adventure illustration combining elements that Planet of the Apes had from Tarzan and Prince Valiant in character and world building.
