I present to you the Water Nymph by Dorian Cleavenger. Dated 1998.

Model is Glori-Anne Gilbert. Active in the B-Movie scene 1996-2011. Google Images will show you more of Miss Gilbert.

You know I love this piece! And the frame alone is a masterpiece! The details are so hard to pick up in the photos, but this is a gorgeous example of Dorian's skill.
