Description

Nick did the art for the 4 issue series of Fever Ridge: A Tale of MacArthur's Jungle War from IDW. He did all of the covers, interiors, and pinups. The covers and pinups are incredible and this is a really great pinup from the series. I tend to buy anything I see by Nick and was thrilled to get this one recently.

This painting is done in his traditional (at the time) Struzan style of acrylic painting on board and it's larger than standard comic art. The piece even came framed, so the art area is about 17x25 inches in a 26x32 inch frame.

Great to see Runge put the same effort on every square inch of the piece for this montage of images. Pin point control to have the realism of high resolution b&w grainy photography.
