DescriptionOkay now that I'm done with my unboxing video pieces I don't know what to post. Poor planning on my part.A few months ago Al Gordon contacted me for a scan of this Dev-Em piece I have by him and Giffen. I of course sent him an updated scan/photo, along with updated scans of every piece I have that Al worked on. In doing so I came to realize this cover was not posted in one of my galleries. So here it is. From the 1992 5 issue mini-series, Timber Wolf #4. I'm not a big Legion fan, I've only even read the 5YL Legion and it's spinoffs. The Timber Wolf mini series being one of them. Al Gordon was writer and inker of the series with Joe Phillips on pencils. I first met Al Gordon back in 2002 @ SDCC. He sold me my first legion page, the Dev-Em Who's Who page. He then told me three things that have always stuck with me. 1) DC's editorial interference on Kent Shakespeare. 2) The Legion postcards, which I knew nothing about. 3) Perhaps the oddest thing I remember, he said he missed Norm Breyfogle's wife because she gave the best back rubs. Lol. Thanks Al. Timber Wolf #4 by artists Joe Phillips and Al Gordon. On a 11X17 board. 1992 I've gone ahead and updated all the Al Gordan artwork in my galleries with new/bigger scans. You can see them all here Al Gordon art Also here's the link to the painted cover to Timber Wolf #1 by artist Joe Phillips Social/Sharing |

This would be a big get for Legion fans. Right time period, cool artists, and the character equivalent to Wolverine for them! A trade be a brewin'.

Looks like Timber Wolf is giving himself a back rub. Given your story about Breyfogle's wife, this is very fitting!
