I guess Gafford changed the top logo himself! $0.75 back in the golden age was very high. Life magazine had a $0.10 cover price.

This story takes place in 1978 on earth-2, so 75 cents for the magazine is on target.

Earth-2 in 1978 had higher inflation than Earth-1.
