Description

11x17" comic art board. I had bought a piece by Mike DeCarlo with a similar idea and thought I'd like to design my own layout and ask Gary Martin to pencil and ink it. I watched the cartoons and tried to pick out the most memorable villains and this is the result.

Just pick all the villains, it looks like Martin has no problem drawing them all to keep that high quality animation feel!
