When I purchased this from J he told me it was from an 8 or 9 page back up story.
Valkyrie (?) goes to help protect a village from a wood-dragon/demon and hi-jinks ensue.

Very cool DPS and great mix of various different techniques coming together. I quite enjoy seeing J Gonzo take his style into sequential storytelling like this.

I remember offriung up some commissions done by "J. Gonzo" on behalf of a collector a few years ago. Interesting to see some storytelling work. Very nicely done, particularly the background techniques!

Lot of stitching and weaving in various line weights too to have this amazing lighting effect! Yeah, that dude is Gonzo.
