These early Cerebus pieces are so cool. From a time when art was sold in the back pages of the comic direct from Sim. Well chosen with Red Sophia and the full black backgrounds that made a great visual impact in the b&w pages of the premiere indie classic.

When I saw this, I felt like it fit right between early, "satire" Cerebus and "High Society" Cerebus. Made it a great single example for me.
