Description

Metalzoic was a DC graphic novel which was also serialised by 2000AD, and that is where I first saw it in stunning black and white. Kev and Pat (Mills) made a moving and mature work which stands amongst the 80s best however it didn't seem to find a popular audience and sadly has fallen out of print. I know that before his passing Kev (and Pat) had tried to get it reprinted but the famous DC contracts prevented this happening. A real shame as it is excellent. There are so many artistic techniques masterfully displayed on this page it really is quite stunning to look at and I have included a couple of close up pics
