Agreed, his inks really are great - his work over Colan on Howard the Duck is my own favourite. And even with these few lines, there is that characteristic Leialoha shine.

Sweet dude! Another Doodle Week Fables piece, and my personal fav - Snow White! Nice one from Leialoha, 2 for 2!

BTW - I didn't post this during Doodle Week (sorry!) but a few years ago I posted a Doodle/Remarque of Snow White from Fables by James Jean, which is also in the Fables hardcover! Sadly, you didn't leave a comment though ;-(

Sweet sketch!  Leialoha's linework brought a nice good girl look in the 70's that Marvel needed as more female characters got their own titles.

Sweet!  A lovely sketch of Snow (and the way Steve drew her hair here is outstanding).  Very cool to have Fables's two leads drawn by the two artists most closely associated with the title!  It would probably be a fun way to spend an afternoon, F M, to pick books off the shelves of your mighty library at random and be surprised and delighted by the remarques and sketches that undoubtedly reside in so many... :) And it's a relief to see that a little arm twisting didn't impact the drawing hand... :) Congrats on a sweet sketch!
