DescriptionA dizzying battle page that, in classic Marvel fashion, features two of the universe's greatest heroes slugging it out over Manhattan! It's a rough time for the FF and the Surfer doesn't help by breaking the news that Frankie Raye (aka Nova) has died after leaving Galactus' service. Johnny doesn't take the news, or Surfer's distant demeanor, well and lashes out starting a battle over the city. Sears does a great job of picking off kilter perspectives here to illustrate the gravity-defying scrap in the skies! Signed by Kryssing in lower margin. Pencil and ink on Marvel Comics art board. 11" x 17".Social/Sharing |
