Description

In the 1960s, Marvel artists (then Marvel Comics Group) used a lot of letterhead for internal notes and often drew on the back during phone calls or meetings. This sketch is by Marie Severin; others were also done on this type of paper by John Severin and Stan Goldberg.
These sketches are very reminiscent of her caricatures of Harvey Kurtzman, William (Bill) Elder, and Stan Lee.
