DescriptionWhen Grizzly first appeared, the super-villain gave Spider-Man a run for his money. As the years went by, Grizzly got relegated to a joke. Eventually, he'd had enough. In Web of Spider-Man #58, Spidey realizes that Grizzly is only trying to beat him out of a sense of misplaced pride and gives the villain the fight he's been looking for!Super nifty battle page! I remember this issue fondly and it's hard to go wrong with Alex Saviuk! Social/Sharing |

This Grizzly's got more bite in him than the Memphis Grizzlies! The classic animal themed enemies are always a cool throwback to Spidey's past.

A man steps into a bear costume with his entire face showing through the grizzly's open mouth. How could he possibly get relegated to a joke?!?
