DescriptionBruce and his date sit in a dark theatre watching episodes from the classic Gray Ghost TV show on this page that marks the first cameo appearance of the character who would go on to be featured in other Batman comics based on the animated series.The Gray Ghost is an analogue for the Shadow, a Golden Age crime fighter who gave inspiration to the real-life creation of The Batman. The Gray Ghost was introduced in the classic BTAS episode, "Beware the Gray Ghost," and was appropriately voiced by Adam West. Dev Madan only drew a few issues of this comic based on the classic Batman: the Animated Series, but he nicely emulated the Timm style, aided by the capable inking of Rick Burchett. Social/Sharing |
