DescriptionThis story, penned by the great Paul Dini, is the sequel to the highly-regarded Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.Here Bruce Wayne discovers the "Andrea Beaumont" in his car is really the female assassin Kit Nozawa, aka Kitsune, in disguise. This page also marks Kit's debut in the DCU, and I've shared Dev's preliminary sketches of her development in the second photo. Kitsune was featured in a few other comics based on Batman: the Animated Series, but never really took off like other BTAS Dini-Timm characters such as Renee Montoya and, of course, Harley Quinn. Dev Madan did well in the Timm style, aided here by the steady inking hand of the legendary Austin. Social/Sharing |
