Description

This is a 9x12 colored Pencil/Touch of Gouache on Black Bristol Board....This is the 1st of 6 I have done in this series.
I have 5 more available.
This is based on a Tiki Pole that was in front of a Polynesian styled Apt in California from the 60's. In the late 50's and early to mid 60's, Hawaiian/Polynesian styled blossomed. Apts./ Hotel/Motels/restaurants/Bars and even United Airlines

Thanks Marcus...exactly what I was going for as painting on actual velvet is a tue PITA! Why I call this series..."Vehlvet"
