Great image. The dotted style is very reminiscent of Chris Achilleos' '70s Target Dr Who book covers. The likenesses of both Tom Baker and Elizabeth Sladen are perfect, and the composition is very eye-catching.

Another killer stipple piece by Andy who is the perfect artist for reminscent fans of those Target books. Linx (I mean Styre 😉) is perfect.
