Tavola 'preparatoria' (ma potrebbe essere stata modificata in fase di stampa) di Carlo Jacono per il volume "Gerard De Villiers & Segretissimo presentano ESTATE SPIA 1983" del giugno 1983.
Era un supplemento di Segretissimo n° 968 con tre romanzi completi.
Si notano le differenze con il volume stampato.
Questi volumi uscirono per diverse estati e per altrettanti inverni con il nome "Inverno Spia".
