Description

I saw this tiny, old man in a garish sportcoat talking to the bartender in my restaurant. I can spot a comic geek in the Westin like a Skrull at a New Gods family reunion. I talk to the guy a minute and find out that he's Irwin Hasen, creator of Wildcat and prolific artist for DC way back in the day. Moreover, he was highly energetic and nice. I told him I knew of Wildcat, a fighter from the neighborhood, and he lit up. He told me his pedigree and offered to draw me something if I had paper and ink for him. I found some printer stock and a Westin pen, and he gave me this ten minutes later. The chef and bartender got lucky as well, getting a Wonder Woman and a Flash respectively.
