Description

The first issue introduced Kalesh of Janosh-el, a district of Gemworld. Gemworld is a world of magic-users that first appeared in the DC universe as the home of Amethyst. In the Legion stories, it is known as Sorcerer's World and is the home of Mysa, the White Witch. In this page, Tim meets Kalesh for the first time as she sought to evade the Skin Eaters and enter the House of Leaves (another name for the White School.
