Description

MODOK says "SLEEP" and they all grasp their throats or their heads and pitch over in painful agony. I think perhaps MODOK said "DIE"! and it got edited out. Good stoytelling by the redoubtable Sal Sucema, with inks by Silver Age icon Chic Stone.

MODOK called me today, and after some bizarre tirade about how sexy his mind beam looks in panel 3, said something to the effect that you should give me this page. Now HE used the word give, but I'm OK with the word sell.
