Description

�� Angus MacLane was a speaker at the Cartoon Art Museum's Behind the Scenes at Pixar event and debuted his directorial effort BURN-E. He's worked as an animator, supervising animator, and animation director on 8 feature films and 3 short films at Pixar. Angus created a short comic story for the anthology Afterworks 2. He signed my Art of WALL-E book with this nice sketch.

At the Alternative Press Expo in 2008, I asked Ronnie del Carmen for an autograph and he kindly drew this for me. Along with his story supervisor work on Pete Docter's Up, Ronnie is working on some exciting projects for 2009.

James Baker was also at APE and drew a sketch when he signed my book. Jamie works on animation features and comes to comic cons with his own comic and art projects like Gourmet Gruel, Nerve Bomb Comix, and Rocket Rabbit. He collaborated with his father on the bookElephants in the News: Pachyderms in Limerick. I especially enjoyed his mini-comic on his boyhood dog Jock.
