Description

Sorry but this piece was too big for my scanner. I asked Mitch to give me a Mr. Freeze, His Mr. Freeze. He said that he'd never done the character before but he said that he had "something rolling around in his head that he wanted to try." I told him to run with it. Have fun. And this is what he did. I LOVE IT!!!! He said that he was inspired by the old diving suit. When I emailed him after the show to thank him both he and his wife agreed that it was his favorite piece of the entire show. Very cool!

Nice choice for Mitch. He always delivers great stuff. When you ask for Mr. Freeze as a commission I'm sure you hear "I've never done that one before" from many artists, but they are thrilled with your pick. A great addition to your collection. Congrats!

Mitch is the man! There is definitely something entirely more haunting and inhuman about his version of Mr. Freeze. I can see why it would have been so memorable for him and Elizabeth. Kudos, Patrick!

I thought I'd commented on this one already. Well, obviously not, but if I had, I'd have wrote something along the line that while it's very, um, cool, so to speak, it is also totally unintuitive. It would make a really good Elseworlds/Gotham by Gaslight version of the character.
