DescriptionJack Kirby IRON MAN Cover Recreation by Angel Gabriele. Image uses ink, brush & pen on quality bristol board, and was recreated in pencil from a Xerox of the Jack Kirby pencil art, then inked by Angel.We will include a stat of logo that has been tacked (w/rubber cement) down for easy removal( See Image)! The pencil drawing was published in the The Jack Kirby Collector Magazine. Not a "quick sketch", but an amazing original recreated drawing. At the request of longtime Kirby family friend David Schwartz, and to avoid questionable sales by less than reputable dealers, all Angel's Jack Kirby recreation work states in archival ink, on the back, that they are a recreation by Angel, and are signed on the front after Kirby's name.
