Description

This is one of the best splashes out of the Blackest Night Limited Series that came out. Shows Diana as the warrior princess she is. Nicola really captured that in this splash. All the detail is stunning I personally think the Nicola will continue to take off in popularity. I do wish she would stay on WW longer though. Thanks again to Royd for helping wih the sale of this page. made it REALLLY easy.

Second best picture I just checked in your gallery... I had to pick up my eyeballs off the floor after than Gary Frank Batman and now one of them is rolling away from me again!

I'm not sure about second best. More like third or fourth. The Batman is the top, I think then the Perez Dawnstar/Wildfire. Then the Batwoman splash.

Agreed, Nicola does an amazing amount of detail here. I think this is what got her the Titans job. Only thing is that she should be doing more. I think she should take over one of the GL books. That's where people be looking for good artists.

Thanks Artur. I agree that she packs in as much detail in as Perez or Jimenez

Great page. Had my eye on this one too, but opted to go for Aphrodite. Agree that Nicola should have stayed on WW for a longer run.

She might return. Don Kramer is doing it justice and I do like Nicola's view on Titans.

I was surprised this page was still available when I contacted Royd. It was either this or the last page with all the other Lanterns. I thought this was the better choice.

Sweet page. It amazes me how completely Nicola renders her pencils. I'm also a big fan of Nicola's and hope that she will be paired with the right inker who will make her remarkable pencils truly shine. Congratulations on a Wonderful WW splash!

She does a good job with Hazelwood but I'll be honest. I don't like seperation of Pencils and Inks. I think it's a little.. off. I perfer Pencils and Inks combined.
