Original art by Geoff Darrow, for an illustration of Carl Setz from his classic series Hardboiled, written by Frank Miller. Darrow is a modern master of comic art, from his work on Big Guy And Rusty The Boy Robot (also with Miller), to his current Shaolin Cowboy, he always amazes with his incredible detail and beautiful clean line. This is a beautiful huge drawing showing off all of Darrow's strengths as an artist. Pen & ink on paper. 38,1 cm * 53,3 cm (15" * 21"). This drawing is on white paper, not vellum as is usual for Darrow. Signed by Darrow
